Return & refund policy

Check the product in front of the delivery person. If it is damaged or not what you ordered, you can return it on the spot.

If you find a defect within 7 days of delivery, call us at 01700000000. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We will replace it, or refund you if a replacement isn't possible.

If you paid the delivery charge in advance and the return is due to our mistake, we refund that charge too. Refunds are sent by bKash within 3–7 working days.
